On-line and phone orders by credit card are automatically submitted to your credit card vendor for approval at the time you place your order. If approved, your account is charged at that time. All products in inventory are normally shipped the same day or the next business day. Back ordered items are usually shipped within 72 hours. Items can be ordered email and picked up at the store to save shipping if desired. In the rare event that a shipment of back ordered items will exceed 72 hours you will be notified by phone or email and given the option of canceling your order for full credit.
Most orders will be shipped by UPS Ground. Items such as hunting blinds and tower blinds may be shipped by motor freight. Please contact us by email or phone to determine shipping rates.
RETURNS
Wild West Trading Company stands behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned purchases received "later than 30 days following date of shipment" will be charged a 15% restocking charge.
If you have NOT used the product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the product. Products must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging, and include a copy of the original receipt. Refunds are issued in the same tinder and on same credit card, if applicable, as purchased. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Please send your package to us via insured and prepaid UPS (for your protection). We DO NOT pay for return shipping.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Damage occurring in shipment is beyond our control and must be handled by the carrier service. If damage is discovered on arrival upon opening, you should save all boxes and packaging. Contact the carrier service immediately and file a claim. We request that you also notify us.
